How many distinct teams / departments / business units?

A unit = a distinct operating group whose way of working with AI can meaningfully differ from its peers — an office/location, department/function, practice/discipline, business unit, or acquired entity — with (a) its own accountable leader and (b) ~5+ people. Teams under 5 roll into their parent unit. Central/shared functions (ops, IT, RevOps) count as a unit when they materially shape AI usage org-wide. For holdcos/multi-entity orgs, each legal entity or region is at least one unit; large entities subdivide by function.
